Have you ever wondered how to safely introduce wrestling to your students in a physical education setting? Have you been approached by students who are interested in starting a wrestling team at your school? In today’s session you will be introduced to a wide variety of fun games that safely help students to learn the sport of wrestling in a physical education context. We will also be covering critical information and resources that will help your school successfully start a wrestling program. This session will be brought to you with the support of the Edmonton Amateur Wrestling Association.
