Sample one of ArtVentures' most popular in-school field trips! Put yourself in your students' shoes as you get comfortable using watercolour paints, and experiment with a relief printmaking technique. Together, we will create a vibrant, one of a kind mixed media landscape. Beyond sampling "Paint & Print," we will dive in to challenges, pros, and cons of bringing these two media into your classroom. We will share insight on best practices and tips to prolong the life of your art materials. This field trip was developed with Division II students in mind, but is adaptable for all grades and abilities. This session is available in both French and English. On top of allowing you to put yourself in your students’ shoes, this session is also a wonderful opportunity for you to build confidence in your own creativity, and tap into all the wonderful research-backed benefits of art making.
