Join Cheryll Watson, CEO of Junior Achievement Northern Alberta, and a special guest from the finance industry, as they highlight how Junior Achievement (JA) offers free, engaging programming to schools, with a particular focus on financial literacy. JA’s programs help students build critical money management skills and prepare for future success. In this session, we will explore the available resources for teachers, how JA programs align with curriculum goals, and the value they bring to the classroom. Our guest speaker will also share insights on key financial literacy concepts that benefit both teachers personally and their students, helping to equip educators with the knowledge and confidence to empower the next generation. Whether you're teaching elementary or high school, this session will provide practical tools and inspiration to bring financial literacy to life in your classroom.
