About me
Jason Wass is a teacher at Vimy Ridge Academy in the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Program. He is passionate about learning and teaching martial arts. He has been involved in the sport of wrestling for over 20 years. He began studying Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in 2008 and currently holds the rank of black belt. As an athlete he competed at the local, provincial, national and international levels. During his time he has coached athletes of all ages within the club system and school system. Jason has coached school-based wrestling teams that have won City Championships as well as Provincial Championships. He is also the President of the Edmonton Amateur Wrestling Association which promotes the sport of wrestling within the local community.
