About me
Marty Chan writes books for kids, theatre for adults, and social media posts for fun. A veteran writer and speaker, he's presented at schools, libraries, and conferences across Canada. In 2024, the Writers Guild of Alberta awarded Marty the Golden Pen for his lifetime of contributions to the province's literary community. His bestselling novel, Haunted Hospital, has gone into second printing and was translated to French. He works and lives in Edmonton with his wife Michelle and their two cats.
