About me
Monique MacKinnon strengthens individuals’ and companies’ influence and impact by applying and teaching them how to grow their intuitive foresight, insight, and decision-making skills. Areas of successful client work include workplace adaptation and modernization; health and wellness; and leveraging opportunity (what she calls "serendipity scanning"). Her clients range from Olympic athletes to small leadership teams to large conference audiences located worldwide. As the Safe Sport Officer for Canadian and American teams, she investigates complaints, allegations, and concerns of possible breaches of the British Columbia Junior A Hockey League’s conduct policies. Monique also provides guidance, mentors, and works directly with 21 Athlete Advocates. She is a licensed and practicing Private Investigator and Workplace Investigator, and a trained Trauma Informed Practitioner and WEL-Systems Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner. Monique is an Honours Bachelor of Physical Education Cum Laude graduate of the University of Ottawa, Canada.
