About me
Throughout her 32-year career as a teacher, administrator, and curriculum consultant, in Alberta and Manitoba, Tannis has remained passionate about teaching and learning. She believes all learners deserve access to rich, diverse learning experiences and to a safe equitable space in which to explore, collaborate, and create. Holding a master’s degree in Secondary Language Arts curriculum and instruction, she enjoys nothing more than facilitating and engaging in the professional conversations that disrupt and drive our thinking around literacy assessment and instruction in the language arts.
